This is something i have been waiting for for a very, very long time. We just got our first shipment from Poler, a fairly new company based out of Portland, specializing in the production of outdoors stuff, road trip stuff, camping stuff, adventure stuff, surf trip stuff, skate trip stuff, motorcycle trip stuff, ect... AND ITS AWESOME!

If you happened to be some of the unfortunate few who were not able to get their tickets in time for the highly anticipated release of the 204 movie, then the old saying "you snooze, you loose" applies to you. The Norway house was packed to capacity, with all your friends and heroes from your local sk8 spot. Once the doors were closed and the lights dimmed, all the excitement and anitcipation exploded in applause as each of the athletes took to the big screen, in an amazing display of local talant. Somewhere

It is that time of year. While so many of us are incredibly lucky there are a lot of kids out there who will not be having a very merry Christmas. To help out less fortunate families in the Victoria area Sitka is offering a skateboard trade in program. Just when you thought some things had no value! Bring in your old skateboard gear (still functional please) and recieve 20% off the brand new item. We are looking for decks, bearings, wheels, whatever! Bring them in and help us help others out!

Greg Noll... For those of you unaware this man pioneered big wave surfing and has become one of the most celebrated persons from the surfing's classic days. Recently Greg teamed up with Element skateboards and released a series of longboards based on the designs of surfboards and skateboards from the 60's. Sitka Victoria was lucky enough to get our hands on some and they look amazing! Whether for hanging on the wall or for cruising the street these boards are something every surfer or skateboard should at least have the chance to look at.

Crailtap posted this awesome little video a little while ago. As usual Anti Hero ripper Tony T. killed it. have a peek at it here. Sitka Vic also just got a pile of Antihero deck and a bunch of new Spitfire wheels if you are finding that your winter setup just doesn't pop anymore or sounds like a motorbike (all you vic west locs know what I mean).

If for some reason you are hurt, working, without a board or live in a gravel pit have a look at this Vans tour through Eastern Europe. Doesn't look to bad over there! The homemade pool is amazing and of course Trujillo kills it, check out the wall ride!
