Saturday evening marked the the grand opening of the State of the Art exhibit at the Telus World Ski and Snowboard Festival in Whistler. Sitka is at the event all week with a surfboard shaping and art installation. We've had great contribution by some of the artists we work with, and on Saturday, Ben Frey came out and did a live art installation for us.
Ben painted an awesomely unique design on a board and you can see a series of photos chronicling his progress over the day here.
His work his hanging next to pieces by Chili Thom and Tori Hiliier. More photos and info on all the other pieces to come.
