A friendly Brazilian expat who re-located to Canada nearly a decade ago, Christian is a surfer who is very passionate for big waves and big barrels. Being a professional surfer for almost 15 years has given Moutinho the opportunity to sample many of the worlds best waves in locations both freezing, tropical, and nearly everywhere in between. Now Residing in Victoria, BC with his wife Carol-Anne and son Julian, Chris splits his time chasing the best waves the south island has to offer, as well as his newly acquired duties as a paramedic.
